Registration Fees (Live, In-Person)*
Join us for the Symposium at the Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Center in Gaithersburg, MD, USA. Symposium registration includes all sessions on May 29-30, 2025, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and networking opportunities. Along with all aspects of the in-person experience, you also have access to the Symposium website which features the final program, abstracts, and presenter’s slides (when made available). In-person registration will close May 15, 2025.

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available if cancellation notice is received in the CASSS office by Thursday, May 15, 2025, less an administrative
fee equal to 10% of the registration fee (in US dollars). No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions are accepted.
CASSS is a non-profit professional membership society that provides networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for professionals involved in the development and regulation of biopharmaceutical products worldwide.
Contributions or gifts to CASSS are not tax deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor. The CASSS Federal Tax ID number is 77-0048350.
Hotel Accommodations
A room block is reserved for attendees at the special group rate of $229 USD for a single or double room (plus 15% occupancy tax). The deadline to reserve your accommodations is May 6, 2025.
NOTE: By staying at the host hotel, you help CASSS meet its contractual obligations and keep future registration fees reasonable. Please take this into consideration when making your accommodation decisions.
