Registration Fees (Live, In-Person)*
Join us for the Symposium at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Rockville, MD, USA. Symposium registration includes all sessions and exhibit hall access on September 8-10, 2025, continental breakfast, lunch, and networking breaks on each of these days, and the Welcome Reception. Along with all aspects of the in-person experience, you have access to the Symposium website, meeting mobile app, and Oxford online schedule which features the final program, abstracts, and presenters' slides. Registration for the short course on Sunday, September 7, 2025 is an additional cost not included in the Symposium registration fee. Register by August 25, 2025.

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available if cancellation notice is received in the CASSS office by Tuesday, August 25, 2025, less an administrative
fee equal to 10% of the registration fee (in US dollars). No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions are accepted.
CASSS is a non-profit professional membership society that provides networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for professionals involved in the development and regulation of biopharmaceutical products worldwide.
Contributions or gifts to CASSS are not tax deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor. The CASSS Federal Tax ID number is 77-0048350.
Hotel Accommodations
A room block is reserved for attendees at the special group rate of $256 USD for a single room (plus 7% occupancy tax). The deadline to reserve your accommodations is August 15, 2025.
NOTE: By staying at the host hotel, you help CASSS meet its contractual obligations and keep future registration fees reasonable. Please take this into consideration when making your accommodation decisions.
