Registration Fees (Live, In-Person)*

Join us for the Symposium at the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa in Costa Mesa, Southern California, USA. Symposium registration includes all sessions on September 24-26, 2025, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, networking, technical seminars, access to the Exhibit and Poster Hall, and Networking Reception. Along with all aspects of the in-person experience, you have access to the Symposium website, meeting mobile app, and Oxford online schedule which features the final program, abstracts, presenter’s slides (when made available). Registration for the Short Course on September 23, 2025 is an additional cost not included in the Mass Spec Symposium registration fee. Additional information on the Short Course will be available soon. Registration for in-person attendance will close September 10, 2025.

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available if cancellation notice is received in the CASSS office by Wednesday, September 10, 2025, less an administrative fee equal to 10% of the registration fee (in US dollars). No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions are accepted.

CASSS is a non-profit professional membership society that provides networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for professionals involved in the development and regulation of biopharmaceutical products worldwide. 

Contributions or gifts to CASSS are not tax deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor. The CASSS Federal Tax ID number is 77-0048350.

Hotel Accommodations

A room block is reserved for attendees at the special group rate of $185 USD for a single or double room (plus 11.37% occupancy tax). The deadline to reserve your accommodations is September 1, 2025.
