Registration Fees (Live, In-Person)*
Join us for the Forum at the DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre (formerly MaasHotel Rotterdam Centre and Mainport Hotel Rotterdam) in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Forum registration includes full access to all talks and panel discussions, breakfast, lunch networking opportunities, and coffee breaks on 21–23 October 2024. Along with all aspects of the in-person experience, you also have access to the Forum website, meeting mobile app, and Oxford online schedule which features the final program, abstracts, and presenter’s slides (when made available). In-person registration closed 4 October 2024.
This Netherlands Area Biotech (NLab) Discussion Group short course addresses the different aspects that are relevant for the extended characterization of biopharmaceutical products according to regulatory guidelines and expectations. The Short Course takes place after CMC Europe on 24 October 2024. We encourage attendees to register for both the Forum and Short Course. (Note: Separate registration fees apply for the Short Course. *All registration fees are in US dollars. 21% VAT will be added at checkout. Local VAT must be charged in accordance with Dutch law based on where the conference/exhibition is taking place. Symposium participants are able to reclaim VAT, if they qualify. Additional information will be provided with your VAT invoice.

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available if cancellation notice is received in the CASSS office by Friday, 4 October 2024, less an
administrative fee equal to 10% of the registration fee (in US dollars). No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions are accepted.
CASSS is a non-profit professional membership society that provides networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for professionals involved in the development and regulation of biopharmaceutical products worldwide.
Contributions or gifts to CASSS are not tax deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor. The CASSS Federal Tax ID number is 77-0048350.
Hotel Accommodations
A room block is reserved for attendees at the special group rate of 205€ EUR for a single room or 239€ EUR for a double room (plus city tax and 6.5% occupancy tax). The deadline to reserve your accommodations was 2 October 2024.
NOTE: By staying at the host hotel, you help CASSS meet its contractual obligations and keep future registration fees reasonable. Please take this into consideration when making your accommodation decisions.
