CASSS will follow guidances established by the facility hosting the conference and/or local and state health authorities in which the conference is located.

For the safety of all attendees, we expect everyone to take everyday preventive actions prior to, and during the conference, to stay safe and healthy. These actions include, but are not limited to:

FAQs

If I register for the CMC North America, will I automatically be registered to attend the WCBP?

If you register for IN-PERSON – the answer is NO, you will only be registered for the program you select during the checkout process. If you are interested in registering for the WCBP Symposium, taking place January 28-30, 2025, there will be an option to add this Symposium to your registration cart or you may register for the Symposium separately. Separate registration fees apply for the Symposium.

If you register for VIRTUAL – the answer is YES. Virtual registration includes a live streaming broadcast of both the Forum on January 27, 2025 and the WCBP Symposium on January 28-30, 2025, including talks, panel discussions, and select technical seminars. You will receive an email for each meeting to access the live stream broadcast. Refer to the Virtual Information page for more information.

Will the virtual audience be able to ask questions during the panel discussion?

Yes, our platform will accommodate questions from the virtual audience. A designated session moderator will be assigned to read the virtually submitted questions out loud during the panel discussion. While we may not be able to address every question submitted, we will do all we can to ensure that our virtual attendees are part of the discussion.

Will the sessions be available post-program for On Demand viewing?

Yes, the sessions with approved sharing permissions will be available for On Demand viewing for the Forum. On Demand content will be available 3-4 weeks post-event. All registered attendees will be alerted via email when content is available.

Will I receive any materials as an attendee?

As a registered attendee, you will receive the following: name badge, lanyard, padfolio, and pen. You also have the option to personalize your name badge at registration check-in with custom ribbons to identify your attendee role, such as First-Time Attendee, Committee Member, Associate Director, and more. In addition to these resources, you will have access to portable chargers, and snacks and drinks during the session breaks.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code we suggest is business casual. Meeting rooms are often on the cooler side, so please remember to bring a jacket or sweater as room and body temperatures do vary.
