Registration Fees (Live, In-Person)*

Join us for the Symposium at the Mövenpick Hotel Basel in Basel, Switzerland. Symposium registration includes full access to all talks and panel discussions, lunch, networking opportunities, and coffee breaks on 23–24 October 2025. Along with all aspects of the in-person experience, you also have access to the Symposium website, meeting mobile app, and Oxford online schedule which features the final program, abstracts, and presenter’s slides (when made available). Registration for in-person attendance will close 8 October 2025.

*All registration fees are in US dollars. 8.1% VAT will be added at checkout. Local VAT must be charged in accordance with Swiss law based on where the conference/exhibition is taking place. Symposium participants can reclaim VAT, if they qualify. Additional information will be provided with your VAT invoice.

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available if cancellation notice is received in the CASSS office by Wednesday, 8 October 2025, less an administrative fee equal to 10% of the registration fee (in US dollars). No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions are accepted.

CASSS is a non-profit professional membership society that provides networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for professionals involved in the development and regulation of biopharmaceutical products worldwide. 

Contributions or gifts to CASSS are not tax deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor. The CASSS Federal Tax ID number is 77-0048350.
