Welcome to the CMC Strategy Forum North America
The CMC Strategy Forum has established an excellent reputation for being the premier scientific meeting that brings together regulatory, industry, and academic professionals to discuss key emerging CMC issues that affect biotechnology in an open and transparent workshop format. The purpose of the CMC Strategy Forum is to provide a venue for biotechnology/biological product discussion on relevant CMC issues throughout the lifecycle of a product.
All attendees are encouraged to review the information provided to ensure you are prepared for your experience.
In-Person Attendees
Forum registration includes full access to all talks and panel discussions, breakfast, lunch networking opportunities, and coffee breaks on July 16-17, 2024. Along with all aspects of the in-person experience, you also have access to the Forum website, meeting mobile app, and Oxford online schedule which features the final program, abstracts, and presenter’s slides (when made available). Be sure to save your spot for in-person attendance. In-person registration closed July 2, 2024.

CASSS is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all meeting participants and CASSS staff. All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, volunteers, industry partners, exhibitors, CASSS staff members, service providers, and all others are expected to abide by this Code of Conduct.
CASSS is committed to protecting its attendees, participants, and staff members to the highest degree possible when attending our conferences. To ensure we provide a safe environment, CASSS strongly encourages COVID-19 vaccinations, and all other routine vaccinations to protect you from infectious diseases, serious illness, and hospitalization. CASSS will follow guidances established by the facility hosting the conference and/or local and state health authorities in which the conference is located.
For the safety of all attendees, we expect everyone to take everyday preventive actions prior to, and during the conference, to stay safe and healthy. These actions include, but are not limited to:
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- If you are sick, limit contact with others as much as possible to keep from infecting them.
- Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
- Wash your hands often.
Wearing a face mask throughout hotel common space and conference designated areas is recommended but not required.
If you tested positive for COVID-19, have been directly exposed to the virus, or exhibit any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, you should isolate and not attend the in-person conference. All in-person registrants have access to the virtual platform (if applicable) so you may participate in the conference in a virtual-only manner.

CASSS is committed to monitoring the local status for in-person conferences and will update our guidelines as necessary. Registrants will be informed about any changes through various communication channels, including email and website, as needed.

Reservations
A room block is reserved for Forum delegates at the special group rate of $192 USD for a *single or double room (plus 15% occupancy tax.) The deadline to reserve your accommodations was June 25, 2024.
By staying at the host hotel, you help CASSS meet its contractual obligations and keep future registration fees reasonable. Please take this into consideration when making your accommodation decisions.
