Registration Fees (Virtual)*
Join us for the virtual Session II on 13 August 2025 and Session II on 20 August 2025 from your home or office. Registration includes a live streaming broadcast of all talks and panel discussions during the two sessions, as well as access to the online schedule which features the final program, abstracts, and presenters' slides (when made available). Virtual registration to attend both Sessions live will close 12 August 2025. Virtual registration to attend Session II live only will be available after 12 August 2025 and closed 19 August 2025. If you register after 12 August 2025, you will receive access to view the Session I On Demand recording (when made available).

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available if cancellation notice is received in the CASSS office by Monday, 12 August 2025,
or by Monday, 19 August 2025 if registered after 12 August 2025, less an
administrative fee equal to 10% of the registration fee (in US dollars). No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions are accepted.
